I specialize in holistic restorative bodywork designed to rehab injuries, treat chronic pain patterns, re-balance postural deviations, and help my clients thrive in their daily lives. As a proud graduate of the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy, I bring a mindful, intuitive approach backed by scientific know-how to my practice.
Sessions are uniquely tailored to each client's needs, integrating Thai bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre and Post-Natal Massage, Swedish Massage, and Hydrotherapy. My experience with musculoskeletal anatomy, structural kinesiology, pathology, athletics, dance and yoga allows me to provide my clients with the highest level of care.
My academic background lies in STEM; I earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience in Virginia and conducted research on epidemiology, substance use and circadian rhythms. After 5 years in higher academia, I felt
a deep frustration with Western medicine and clinical psychology. I felt called to explore alternatives to our existing systems, and embarked on a new journey into the world of alternative medicine and bodywork.

The education that Berkana has given me is rooted in a trauma-informed framework. I combine my knowledge of intergenerational and complex trauma with manual therapy, and aim to expand accessibility to massage therapy through mutual aid initiatives. I designed my business plan as a pay-what-you-can model with the goal of servicing communities with high levels of need and low access.
